Responsibilities:
• Self-study support for the State Exam (Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance)
• Make cold calls daily to connect with potential clients and begin the sales journey
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right marketing/insurance options
• Handle objections confidently and use rebuttals to guide clients to the best solutions
• Manage your own prospect pipeline and stay organized
• Provide excellent, professional customer service that reflects our company’s standards
•Assist clients over the phone and in person in choosing auto, home, or life insurance product

Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $18.00 - $60.00 per hour

- Our office is located in ANAHIEM,BALL RD AND KNOTT AVE 92804.
- Our office is open M-F 9-5 .
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We have 10 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier
